Coronavirus Lockdown Update- Can we move house yet?

ConveyancingFollowing the Prime Minister's announcement on Sunday that some of the restrictions in place will gradually be eased, there was still some confusion as to what we can now do as well as what we are still not allowed to do.

Clarification has now been released expressly confirming that people can move house as well as confirming that estate agents can open and conduct viewings and place new properties on the market, as long as social distancing measures can be put in place.

This should be a huge relief to those people that were part way through a property transaction but were unable to complete due to the lockdown.
